A dress for spring

Another snow storm
12" within 24 hours
Feels like winter is all over again
After the nice break last week

So I was snowed in
No work means more sewing
And the only thing I can do to escape the snow
Is sewing something Springish

DH picked it up for me
I am not completely in love with it

What can I do to add that blink???
Also, The waste line is little too big for V
Hmmm... how do I fix that?!

Although...
It is THE perfect print for Eastern, isn't?
It's got the colors, eggs and bunny rabbits
I just have to figure something out
